Maryland: Sabrina Richards accused of kicking, killing neighbors' puppy in a fit of rage

MARYLAND -- A Linthicum Hills woman is facing animal cruelty charges, accused of kicking and killing her neighbors' tiny chihuahua puppy in a fit of rage.

The little dog, named Harley, was only a few months old.

Harley's owners, Seth Sura and Jessica Miskomon, say that Sabrina Richards, who lives across the street from them, barged into their house looking for her husband.

Sura and Miskomon say they told Richards to leave, but before they could close the door Harley slipped outside and Richards kicked him off the porch -- so hard that Harley died, they say.

Olivia Sura, who is 7 years old, has drawn a picture of Harley and written a song about her puppy. She also set up a memorial to Harley where they say he landed from the force of the kick.

Richards was not home when ABC7 News reached out to her for comment.
