Oklahoma: Dozens of dogs, cats found in Wagoner County home. Elderly owner found covered in feces.

OKLAHOMA -- Authorities and rescuers are scrambling to take care of more than 30 dogs and cats found inside a home in Wagoner County.

The animals were found living inside walls, and the elderly man who lived there was covered in animal feces.

Wagoner County deputies don’t know if any charges will be filed, because the man is apparently not fit to care for himself.

Muskogee County animal rescue groups are contributing to the efforts to find homes for the animals.
