33-year-old, Brian Hannon, turned himself in yesterday after two arrest warrants were issued on two counts of animal cruelty charges.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, they received an anonymous tip which started the investigation.
The horses were found in deplorable condition without food, water and had rain rot.
His bond was set to 10,000 and is not allowed any contact with the horses. He bonded out of jail the same day.
Hannon will face a judge on August 23rd. He’s facing two misdemeanor charges.
