United Kingdom: Retriever name Toby attacked by pit bull at park; owner with dog after attack

UNITED KINGDOM -- Poor old Toby, bitten by a brown staffie, that was off the lead in the park. Owner and dog made off sharp like in a silver van, didn't get the reg no.

I said Pit bull but I got the breed wrong. It's the owners not the dog breed that cause the problems.
