Driving around this morning, we saw a malnourished dog tied up to what it looked like an abandoned house.
Within five minutes of calling, Officer Fenstermaker investigated, untangled and gave the dog some food and water. Trying to contact animal welfare.
She now has food, water, bones and a toy. If anyone knows if the house is truly abandoned please contact me."
Update: "Got her all cleaned up and a new dog bed, looks like a totally different dog."
