United Kingdom: Pit bull attack on old Collie; takes 3 men to pull the pit bull off

UNITED KINGDOM -- last week witnessed yet another staffy/ pit bull mix dog attack. Happened right in front of me. An old placid collie ( which me and a little girl had just been stroking ) was attacked by one of these monster mix dogs for no reason at all. The lowlife that had the dog walked past and as he did so I saw the staffy/pit bull look at the collie then launch itself at her. It took 3 men to get the thing off her and both the collie and her owner were in shock and trembling. after checking them over and trying to calm the owner, I turned my attention on the staffy/pit bull owner who was loitering. basically, he was told to take himself and the mutt away whilst he still could. On considering this incident, previous incidents and the daily occurence of pit bull/staffy dog attacks throughout the UK, it seems that the people in charge of these animals tend to be folks claiming welfare benefits ( my experience of dog attacks tallies completely with this- it always seems to be benefit sucking, job dodging lowlife). why is this? Anyway, time the dangerous dog working group did something about these people ( it isn't the animal to blame for the scumfuck owners)..
