Florida: After being attacked by pit bull, owner tells him "she's harmless"

FLORIDA -- "I got attacked by pit bull in the front yard standing with the owner while I appraise his car today.... his reaction was, " oh, she's harmless, at least she didn't do more damage".... I'm going to put a bullet in the next Pit bull I see just to make up for this one..... and maybe in the next Pit bull owner I see too....."
