Ohio: Good Samaritan rushes to save dog being attacked by pit bull; bitten 'badly on his hand and leg'

OHIO -- "Chloe was attacked by a pit bull today.. a man I've never even seen before came to her rescue and he was bitten badly on his hand and leg... I would like to publicly thank him, if it wasn't for him my little Chloe might have been killed... He had to wrestle the dog to the ground and scream for the owners to come get him right outside their house.

I then called the police, 3 hours have passed and they still haven't arrived. she's OK but just a reminder to everyone, please keep your dogs restrained. Please share this."
