This is snow ball... he got attacked by a neighbor dog (German Shepherd) and is in critical condition. He just found out he is diabetic also. So this is gonna be a long road of recovery. He needs emergency surgery that couldn't be started until a down payment of 1000 bucks was paid... this dog is Jerry's therapy/heart/medical dog. He can not lose him right now. He's on a fixed income. Update: RIP little snow ball.... he passed over the Rainbow Bridge pain free. They started surgery and he went into cardiac arrest... he will be greatly missed by his owners carol and Jerry and all of your neighbors. I am sorry buddy I rushed you to the vet as fast as I could!
