Illinois: Elderly woman trying to raise funds for her Shih Tzu which was attacked by the neighbor's pit bull

ILLINOIS -- Gizzy is a loving Shih Tzu who has lived in the same home and neighborhood for 13 years. He has recently been attacked by the pit bull who lives next door for the 2ND time this year.

He needs to have his leg amputated.
