North Carolina: English Bulldog named Rubi attacked by a pit bull at dog bark. Owner says Animal Control no help

NORTH CAROLINA -- My Dog was attacked today at the park (Barc Park North) by a Pit bull. The owners were not helpful neither was Animal Control.. Will not be going back... Rubi traumatized a couple of scrapes. But okay..??
