NORTH CAROLINA -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police removed two dogs from a home in northeast Charlotte on Monday morning.
They were called to Snow White Lane at around 6:30 a.m.
They say a victim had been attacked by a pit bull mix in an attempt to protect her children from the canines, but she was not badly hurt.
Medic says no one was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officers took two pit bulls away in an animal care and control vehicle.
