CAVEAT EMPTOR
In Latin, this basically means "Let the buyer beware". There are 1,000s of GoFundMe type pages in existance and BEFORE you donate to a cause, a person or for an animal, be sure of who you're donating to. I'm not saying this is a fake fundraising page, but the lack of details is troubling.
It says the person who created the funding page is Linda Bobber Sarfine. When I go to her Facebook page, it shows she has posted and re-posted this GoFundMe page FIVE TIMES in the last TWO DAYS. But where are the details? Who's dog is this? Most people have updates posted, with updated photos, and sometimes post the vet bills as well. This really has nothing.
Her last PUBLIC post was of this GoFundMe page and then there's nothing else earlier in 2016. The next most recent post is when she updates her profile page with a photo of her Boston Terrier in October 2015.
Maybe these people aren't social media savvy, but I would not donate money to a cause that I couldn't fact check. This one I would not recommend donating to until they confirm themselves better.
If someone has more information that may change my opinion, post in the comments, please.
