VIRGINIA -- Really enjoyed Driving Miss Daisy at the Riverside Theater today. It was very good. I enjoyed the 4 hours yakking in the car with good friend Bonnie too - she did the driving!
Of course the beginning of my trip was "different", pulling into her street in Lakewood Estates, my car was attacked by a nasty big bulldog. I didn't want to run him over, but he kept jumping at and attacking my car. I blew the horn for about 10 mins, and No One responded.
Finally, he started attacking the side of the car, instead of the front, and i pulled forward... got to my friend's house, and a neighbor came running out pulling the dog off the car, which he had chased down the road. She told me he doesn't like cars to blow horn. Well, I wouldn't have blown it, if he hadn't attacked me!
My front license plate and frame have been crumpled with a corner of both bitten off! I don't know if I have to get a new one or if this one will do?? Maybe my son can flatten it out some?! It was sure a strange beginning today!
