South Africa: Sweet looking dog mauled by two loose pit bulls on its own property

SOUTH AFRICA -- "This is the work of two Pit Bulls allowed to roam freely in the streets. My dog was attacked by these two dogs on our property. They bit him through a diamond mesh fence. I don't know how people can keep dangerous dogs and not make sure they can't get out. My poor boy is in so much pain."
