Twenty-five-year-old Ricky Shawn Songer was arrested by Chickasaw Lighthorse Police and transported back to Paris on the charges.
Songer is accused of killing a small dog by throwing it at the ground.
His Facebook page has a photo of a puppy he'd recently gotten after his other dog got loose and was hit and killed by a car. Don't know if this was the dog he killed.
His Facebook also refers to a girl named Megan who he apparently used to be in a serious relationship with - until recently. Her page says she's currently in a relationship with someone else. Makes you wonder if he killed her dog? That would definitely be a reason to break up with someone.
