Florida: Danielle White, 47, accused of stabbing dog in neck, threatening boyfriend

FLORIDA -- A Navarre woman is facing multiple charges after stabbing a dog in the neck and attacking her boyfriend with a knife.

According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office, the victim heard the dog yelp and saw 47-year-old Danielle White pull a knife out of the dog's neck in a Navarre home.


The victim told deputies that White then came after the victim with the knife and refused to let him leave the house.

White reportedly continued to threaten to stab the victim. He was able to knock White down and take the knife away from her before leaving the home and calling 911.

When deputies arrived they saw that the dog had a large cut to its neck.

White has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit a felony, animal cruelty, false imprisonment, and battery.

White was booked in the Santa Rosa Count Jail and denied bond.
