Ohio: Why can't Brenda Mitchem keep her dog on her own property???

WCSO NEWS RELEASE FOR FRIDAY 13 JAN 17

On 12 Jan 17 Sgt. McGilton responded to Brenda Mitchem’s residence at 815 Fifth Street, Marietta, and made contact with her in reference to three separate complaints of her dog running loose during the night of 11 Jan 17 and into the morning of 12 Jan 17. 

Mitchem advised the dog does get loose often and acknowledged the accuracy of the time that all three complainants had stated. Mitchem had been warned in the past to restrain her dog.

Brenda Lee Mitchem, age 51, was issued a citation for failure to restrain on 12 Jan 17.
