California: Remains of two dogs that were tortured and burned alive found behind abandoned home

CALIFORNIA -- The remains of two dogs that appear to have been tortured and burned alive were found in the back of an abandoned home on September 23 near Church and Walnut Avenues in Southwest Fresno.

The Central California Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals said items used to torture the dogs, and a butane gas can were also found.

Authorities are offering a $1000 reward for information. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call 559-233-7722.
