Indiana: Brian Concannon, 68, left his dogs inside a boiling hot car while he went gambling

INDIANA -- An Evansville man is charged with animal cruelty.

Police say he left two dogs inside his car while he was at the casino.


EPD arrested Brian Concannon, 68, at Tropicana Evansville.

Animal Control and police were called to the parking garage Monday.

The officer said Concannon's car was off and the window was cracked about 2 inches.

The outside temperature at the time was 91 degrees.

EPD arrested Concannon.

The police report does not say what happened to the dogs.
