Minnesota: Woman claims Ruff Start Rescue won't accept responsibility after one of their dogs mauls her little Schnauzer

MINNESOTA -- Ruff Start Rescue, a local rescue, approved a vicious dog for adoption. A month after being adopted, this dog ripped its leash from its owner's hand and mauled this little dog.

According to the GoFundMe page, Ruff Start Rescue is REFUSING TO PAY THE VET BILLS. Well of course they are. After all, they collected their adoption money from the gullible owner and don't care what happens after that person leaves their building with one of their dogs.

Do you think this is fair? That they can simply wash their hands of it all? If I were this little dog's owner, I'd get an attorney and subpoena their documents to find out what kind of testing they do on dogs to ensure safety of others.

Where did this dog come from? Did they know it was vicious? Was it one of those dogs pulled from a "high kill" shelter that should have been euthanized but because shelters are under such pressure to keep their "kill rate" down, they shuttled this dog - a dog that never should have been put on the adoption floor - out the door to this rescue who then rehomed sold it to this innocent adopter?

We've all seen the stories of 'rescue dogs' attacking and killing other people's pets, attacking children and adults, attacking and even killing their new owners.

And what kind of dog typically is so strong it rips the leash out of the hands of its owners? Hmm.. remember the woman walking her Pit Bulls that yanked the leashes out of her hand and knocked her down in their excitement over being able to chase and maul the neighbor's Poodle named Bobo?

Please help raise money for baby Cinda's veterinary expenses!

This poor girl was attacked by another dog. The attacking dog was a recent adoption from Ruff Start Rescue and the owner only had her a month and she was leashed and broke through!

I am raising funds to help baby Cinda get the care she needs since the rescue agency refuses to help!

Please help in any way possible! Donate if you can and please please share!! Cinda was seen in the animal ER in St. Cloud on October 18th, 2017 and has more visits to come! She had several stitches and a tube inserted to drain fluid.

Please help so she can have a fighting chance! Thank you!
