I got a call today. We have new neighbors and their pit bull attacked my little dogs tonight. Robbie had to take one of them to the vet. $430 Bill and the owner of the property paid the Bill.
That dog chased my dogs clear into our house into the bedroom. On the bed. It was bad.
My Bailey has lots of puncture wounds. Instead of the cone of shame she has the body cast going on its pink and white ill post a picture tomorrow. Shes drugged up now.
Bailey in her body cast after the Pit Bull attack
Laura Marue - I’m Guessing the body cast looks something like this… My dogs total bills were $3600. 2 1/2 days in the vet hospital, ICU, surgery, oxygen, IVs, medications, x-rays, labs… all thanks to a loose pit bull. And the owner of the pit bull hasn’t paid a cent yet.
Luckily I’m a good and responsible owner and have pet insurance. And a dog that weighs 11 pounds and could never hurt something like a pit bull can....hoping For a quick recovery for your little Bailey. After all the trauma, my little guy has healed beautifully three months later.
Laura's dog in a body cast after Pit Bull attack
Brad Endres - It's a shame if the Pit Bull made it out of your house alive, it;s now able to attack again. I ope your dog will be ok.
Tara Henson - Oh Shorty Norma Davis I'm so sorry!!! I saw that dog with the owner last Monday when I was doing yard work, the guy said he the dog is a rescue, I asked how he is with other dogs, cats or people since he's a huge dog and he said oh he does fine! Obviously not! It was in my yard once already that Monday and I had to scare it off....it makes me nervous about Trevor playing outside or riding his bike!!! So how was the owner? What is his plan on keeping the dog on his property? Man Norma I'm so sorry!!!:( how scary!!! Hope your little one is feeling better soon!!
Mark Robinson - I don't know where this lady lives, but a pit chases something into my home to kill it, the pit would not leave alive. I would be protected by the law too so no stupid suit by the owner!
Jeffrey Sloan - Craven's law: Never, under any circumstances, allow an attacking pit bull to leave the scene of the crime alive.
