Found:
Must know gender and color of collar the dog was found with.
Dog was found by someone else and then we were filled in on the situation, cleaned the dog up and gave it a bath/cut/blowdry.
No tags, has apparently been wondering around for a few weeks in Phoenix and was attacked by a pit bull.
Dog was extremely matted and filthy.
Will be checking for microchip tomorrow afternoon.
