(November 2017) Ohio: Bichon Frise named Ice Cream grabbed and severely mauled by loose Pit Bull

OHIO -- My dog was brutally attacked by a pit dog while on his walk [with my mom]. The pit bull was loose and not on a leash! This pit bull picked up Ice Cream shook him while latched on to his neck and refused to let him go!

He is currently in an incubator and not able to breathe on his own and has a 50/50 chance at survival! Hospital bill so far is $4,000 and after 24 hours can exceed $20,000 after he is stable to be operated on.
