New Jersey: Woman flees dog park with her two Pit Bulls after they rip open the chest of another dog

Creating this post for our neighbor and his sweet dog CJ.

My dog CJ was attacked by 2 Greyish pit bulls at the Edison/Metuchen dog park on 12/31/2017 at 215pm.

The pit bulls, brother and sister, the female with pink collar latched onto my dog and wouldn't let go.

CJ had emergency surgery to her chest cavity to correct the torn muscles and skin.

OWNER FLED WITH BITE DOGS
The owner of the pit bulls, a woman :
Approximately 5'6" 125lbs brown hair late 20s/early 30s left while I was assessing my dogs injuries in the car.

This happens so often, that Pit Bulls attack and then their owner grabs them and runs off that it's been coined "PIT AND RUN"
