The attack happened just before 10 p.m. Monday night in the 7400 block of Shoshone Avenue.
A person who was driving by the area noticed the victim being attacked in the street and he called 911.
Animal Control Officers rounded up one of the dogs at the scene. The other took off running, but was eventually captured as well.
Authorities said it's not clear why the dogs attacked their owner.
