RACINE, WI -- Racine County Sheriff’s Deputies were called at 9:55 a.m. Monday, June 20 to the Aurora Clinic of Burlington, 245 McHenry St., for a report of a dog bite.
A 48-year-old Burlington man told deputies he was bit by a friend’s dog at 4:25 p.m. June 18 while at a party in the 1600 block of Grandview Court. Reports said another person had brought the Miniature Doberman Pinscher to the house.
Deputies tracked down the Racine man who owns the dog. Reports said the dog was quarantined at Belle City Veterinary Clinic because its rabies vaccine expired in November of 2010.
