Prior to their capture, witnesses say the dogs nipped at one child's foot, preliminary reports suggests they charged one man, knocked him down, while one bit his dog.
In the video, a witness says a man ran over and hit one of the dogs with an axe handle, in an attempt to get them away from the elderly man and his dog.
Soon, Animal Control got a handle on the situation, but not before people scrambled inside for safety.
The owners haven't been located.
