Woman attacked by two Pit Bull terriers while out jogging

MICHIGAN -- A woman told police she was attacked by two Pit Bull terriers while she was out jogging, according to a police report released today.

According to the report, the woman was jogging heading westbound in the 2700 block of Brown street on Thursday, March 1, when a white and brown Pit Bull terrier attacked her and began biting her left foot and pulling her to the ground.

A black and white Pit Bull terrier approached and began to attack her from behind, biting her calf, causing large puncture and tear wounds to her leg.

The woman was treated and released from McLaren Regional Medical Center.

The dogs were not located, but are believed to have attacked other people over the last year.
