VIRGINIA -- A 54-year-old woman is facing charges after police say her pit bull killed two goats at the end of March.
Debbie George, Interim Chief of Staff for the City of Suffolk, told WAVY.com Lizzie Walden Russell’s pit bull killed two goats and injured two others in the 2200 block of Hosier Road on March 24.
Russell has been charged with two counts of dog killing, injuring or chasing livestock or poultry.
She was released on a summons, George said.
