HELP WITH DOG ATTACK (Kennedy Rd/ Eglinton Ave)

CANADA -- I need the publics help in finding out information on a dog owner.

Their large Akita/Husky possibly GSD mix viciously attacked my small dog on Tuesday evening in the park behind the Childrens Aid Society parking lot and left the scene without providing their information or any help.

My small dog has recieved just under 30 stitches in the abdoman and leg and is tremedously suffering and in constant pain. This was a life threatening injury and the vet bills (so far) have totalled $2,300.

This dangerous dog presents a serious threat to the public as it could have easily killed my dog, or someone elses small dog, cat, child. This person seemed to have prior knowledge that their dog was aggressive, yet still allowed it to run at large. Please help me bring justice for our dog Rigley (11 years old, up to date on shots, neutered, licensed by the city and weighs just 13lbs)

Included are photos of my dogs injury as well as a detailed description of the dog and owners.

A SUBSTANTIAL REWARD IS OFFERED TO ANYONE WHO CAN GIVE ME INFORMATION REGARDING THE OWNERS NAMES OR ADDRESS
This information will be forwarded to Toronto Police as well as Animal Services.

Offending dog : A large Akita mixed with husky or possibly german shepperd, dark face, dark sable in colour with grey/black/tan with thick fur and a curled tail, about 60-70lbs, muscular and stocky, about 2- 2.5 ft at shoulders in height, upright pricked ears, medium length broad muzzle
