Pennsylvania: Bethlehem man admits raping small dog in Allentown

PENNSYLVANIA -- Allentown police said a 26-year-old Bethlehem man admitted to sexual intercourse with a dog on Friday, according to court records.

Juan Carlos Sanabria-Hernandez, of 834 Main St., is charged with sexual intercourse with an animal and animal cruelty. He is free under $5,000 unsecured bail.

According to court records:

Shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday, police were called by the owner of the dog, Angela Rivera. She told police that Sanabria-Hernandez had sex with raped her black and white Shih Tzu, named Star. She told police the incident happened on Friday.

Rivera told police she found the dog bleeding and acting abnormally that night.

Rivera told police she spoke with Sanabria-Hernandez, who told her he had sex with raped the dog.

Sanabria-Hernandez admitted the act to a police officer.
