Dog attacks child for second time

WISCONSIN -- A two-year-old boy was seriously bitten in the face by an 11 year-old Chocolate Labrador, owned by the uncle of the victim. The April 28th attack took place during the afternoon hours in the Village of Franksville in Racine County.

Caledonia police say this is probably one of the worst dog bites they've ever seen. [The reporter in the video clip says she saw the photos and they're too graphic to air - but that one photo shows that one of the bites 'actually exposed the baby's skull']

Police say the mother said the child came running into the house screaming and she thought his face was falling off. He had bites to the cheek, head and ear.

The two year old sustained serious injuries to his face and was transported to Children's Hospital. The dog is under quarantine at the Wisconsin Humane Society.

Police say the same dog bit the child on the shoulder in July of 2012.
