PENNSYLVANIA -- A pit bull owner has been cited after his dog allegedly attacked another dog that was secured on a chain.
The incident occurred on Countyline Road around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Stephanie Marie Hosbach, 28, of 209 S. Vine St., was cited by animal control officer Thomas Wharry for not having a current dog license and failure to confine her dog.
She did have an up-to-date rabies vaccine for her dog, according to reports.
