One year anniversary of Animal Cruelty Task Force

MISSOURI -- Tuesday marks once year since the creation of the Animal Cruelty Task Force in St. Louis. The partnership between the city and stray rescue has led to 126 investigations.

"We are here to do what we can to make our neighborhoods safer and a city that's more humane to our animals," said Mayor Francis Slay.

St. Louis Blues player Alex Steen was at the celebration and announced a donation of $10,000 to Stray Rescue. He's challenging others to give as well.
