There are probably 1000s of cases like these around the United States that don't get media attention

OHIO -- State v. Antoinette D. Kuenzer, a case prosecuted for the Medina County SPCA.

The Defendant was found guilty today of animal cruelty stemming from an investigation about these two horses who starved to death.

Sentencing will be scheduled for another date in the Medina Municipal Court.

Looks like this lady has a history dealing with police:

Sept. 6, 2012 – Antoinette D. Kuenzer, 43, of Lodi, was cited for allowing her horse to run at large along Pawnee Road. This is not the first time officers have responded to such a complaint at her property. [Too bad the horse was returned to her. Might be one of the ones in the photo that was then starved to death in a shed.]

June 17, 2013 Docket - Antoinette Kuenzer, 44, of Moss Road in Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of Possession of Heroin and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for September 23.
