ALABAMA -- Tuscaloosa police say three teenage boys accused of torturing kittens have been arrested.
Lt. Brad Mason says authorities were called Saturday and found boys ages 12, 14 and 15 throwing kittens in the air, kicking them and trying to bury them alive.
Police say the boys are facing animal cruelty charges and one of the kittens suffered severe injuries and had to be euthanized.
The surviving kittens are in the custody of animal control officials.
