According to a criminal complaint, Clarissa Chino got into an argument with her boyfriend and chased him out of the southeast apartment with a knife. The complaint says she then tossed the two-month puppy onto the concrete below her in front of her two young daughters.
She’s being charged with extreme animal cruelty among other charges.
