PENNSYLVANIA -- Twenty-four year old Joshua Dunkle is facing a summary citation for Harboring a Dangerous Dog, after 3 year old Brooklyn Bowers was attacked last month.
Brooklyn's family said they were walking outside of their car on Milk and Water Road near Everett, when they were attacked by a dog.
Brooklyn required 300 stitches, plastic surgery and spent four days in the hospital.
Bedford County District Attorney, Bill Higgins tells WTAJ that the dog in the attack has been ordered to be put down.
Dunkle is facing a maximum 300 dollar fine, but no jail time because of the incident.
