GEORGIA -- A 14-year-old boy was transported to the hospital after being attacked by three pit bulls on Friday, according to the Clayton County Police Department.

Authorities said they responded to a call of a dog attack in the 8800 block of Jimmy Lee Circle in Jonesboro around 4:26 p.m. They found the teen with bite marks to his face, arms and legs.

Clayton County EMS brought the teen to a hospital for treatment.

Witnesses told police that the dogs weren't restrained in the front yard of a home. As the 14-year-old walked through a neighboring yard, the dogs attacked him.
