New York: Police saved Buddy the golden retriever after he got stuck in a cat house
NEW YORK -- Suffolk County police rescued a dog that got his head wedged in a cat house in Medford Friday morning.
Officers Stephen Lukas and Martin Gill, along with Sergeant Kit Gabrielsen, came to the rescue at 11:10 a.m. after a woman reported that her dog Buddy was stuck in a cat house.
The officers used crow bars and a hammer to dismantle the cat house and free Buddy.
