Dog Owner Faces Animal Cruelty Charges
PENNSYLVANIA -- Humane officers in Lackawanna County say animal cruelty charges will be filed against the owner of a dog that had been neglected.
The German Shepherd is now recovering at Griffin Pond Animal Shelter near Clarks Summit.
Humane officers from the shelter rescued the dog from a home this week. They believe the dog is 20 pounds underweight.
