Jennifer Lopez sued over Casper Smart's dog that attacked a neighbor

CALIFORNIA -- Jennifer Lopez's neighbor is suing her for a dog attack incident that occurred in December.

The lawsuit was filed by Andrea Ashley, TMZ reported on Friday, and her injuries are 'gruesome,' it was revealed. The dog is a Boxer named Bear that belongs to the 45-year-old singer's on-again boyfriend Casper Smart, who is also being sued.

 

One of the details in the filing was that Smart emerged from the Booty hit maker's Hidden Hills mansion shirtless and with only a pair of pajama bottoms on. It was believed at the time that the couple was not together.

After the incident 'Casper walked out of J.Lo's house wearing only pajama bottoms and came over to apologize,' it was claimed in the paperwork.

Lopez's rep said the dogs were 'only at her house for a visit with her kids,' TMZ claims.

 

  

The site then added, 'Ashley says this wasn't the first attack.

Bear also escaped through a hole in J. Lo's fence and attempted to attack her in April. She says only her gardener saved her from getting mauled that time.'

But it also seems that Smart did whatever he could to make the situation right.

The Dance Again video star called the woman, apologized, and offered to pay all of her medical bills, the site said.

You mean he offered her a bunch of money 'to make it go away'.

Ashley has included Lopez in the lawsuit because the dog went through the Boy Next Door star's fence, she said.

Jennifer and Casper have been spotted together three times this week. The first time was on Friday at a Nick Jonas event. The second was at the House Of Blues in West Hollywood where they took in a Kanye West performance. The third was at LAX on Tuesday. They flew off to India for a performance.
