Debra Sheridan, Who Was Cleared Of Animal Cruelty Charges, Violates Probation

SOUTH CAROLINA -- Debra Sheridan, who just last month was found not guilty on numerous charges of ill treatment of animals, is currently in custody at the Anderson County Detention Center for violating probation.

According the SC Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, Sheridan tested positive for methamphetamine.

Although Sheridan was facing 110 CRIMINAL CHARGES, an Anderson County jury found Debra Lynne Sheridan guilty of two counts of rabies violations and methamphetamine possession in November.

Sheridan was sentenced to 3 years suspended to 5 years probation and had to surrender her animals to Anderson County PAWS.
