Arizona: Mycha Herbert, whose life was changed after he was attacked by his family's pit bull back in 1998, has been arrested on a minor drug charge

ARIZONA -- Back in 1998, Mycha Lee Forsyth Herbert was just a toddler when he was mauled by his family's Pit Bull.

Relatives found Mycha in the back yard of his home with only his eyes and forehead intact on his head.

He had no nose, no mouth and no eyelids.

A miracle carried out by a team of plastic surgeons at Children's Medical Center in Dallas turned the flesh from his legs, forearms and belly into a face.

Mycha paid the price for someone's 'right' to own the type of dog responsible for killing the most children. He's an adult now and was arrested on a minor drug charge in Maricopa County, Arizona.
