NEW YORK -- Don't know much about this case other than what was listed in the police weekly reports:
Animal abuse: Morgan W. Sheldon, 41, of Stephentown, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. April 7 in the town of Sand Lake and charged with torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal.
