Australia: Baby in hospital after Rottweiler attack

AUSTRALIA -- A BABY boy has been rushed to Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital after being bitten by a Rottweiler northwest of Brisbane late this afternoon.

The one-year-old boy was bitten on the leg but is in a stable condition following the incident, which occurred on Brunswick Street, at Wights Mountain at around 4.00pm.

Paramedics also treated two other people involved, including a 63-year-old female who sustained an injury to her hand and a 52-year-old female who was complaining of chest pain after witnessing the attack.

Both are also in a stable condition and remain at the scene.
