New York: Dana Ramey, 53, arrested after punching a dog and then threatening a man

NEW YORK -- On July 31, 2016, New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Dana L. Ramey, 53, of Windsor, NY for the misdemeanor of animal cruelty and the violation of harassment 2nd degree.

This arrest occurred after troopers were made aware of crime that occurred on July 24 outside a home on John White Road in the Town of Windsor.


An investigation determined that Ramey had grabbed another person’s dog by the collar and punched him several times.

When confronted by a witness he then grabbed that person by the neck and threatened him.

Ramey was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Windsor court on August 9, 2016.
