Texas: Vet posts photo of one of his favorite patients, a little dog named Otto whose trachea was nearly torn out
TEXAS -- "Well since this is national dog day I have to share a picture of my little buddy. This is Otto he's one of my favorite patients. He was critically wounded from being attacked by a Pit Bull.
