Indiana: Ralph McKinney Jr and Amy McKinney accused of child neglect and animal cruelty. Now Ralph McKinney Jr is facing a charge of child molestation

INDIANA -- New developments in a child neglect case the Randolph County Sheriff called among the worst he's seen in his nearly three decades in law enforcement.

Ralph McKinney, Jr., now also faces a charge for molestation on top of his neglect charge.

Last week, his home in Farmland was condemned after police found feces and urine on the floors, a fridge stocked with rotten food and a dead rat in the freezer.
